Prompts are the questions Locuvox asks AI on your behalf — and the biggest lever on what you learn.

Writing good prompts

Write prompts the way a buyer phrases them, not the way you'd pitch your product. A good set mixes:

• Category prompts — "best CRM for small business", "project management tools".
• Comparison prompts — "Acme vs Northwind", "alternatives to Acme".
• Brand prompts — "is Acme any good?", "Acme reviews".

Country

Each prompt runs from a specified country. Answer engines localise their responses, so the same question can surface different brands in different markets. Track key markets as separate prompts.

Scheduling

Set each prompt's frequency — daily, weekly or monthly. Frequency drives check consumption: a daily prompt across five engines uses roughly 150 checks a month; weekly, about 22. Reserve daily for fast-moving priorities.

Tags

Tag prompts to group them — by theme, product or campaign. Tags become filters on every dashboard.

Bulk import

Add prompts in bulk by pasting a newline-separated list, or uploading a CSV with columns for prompt text, country, frequency and tags. Locuvox validates each row and reports how many imported and how many were skipped.

Suggested prompts

The Suggested tab proposes prompts based on your site and category. Promote relevant ones to Active in a click — useful when starting out or expanding coverage.
