Add & schedule prompts

Prompts are the questions Locuvox puts to AI answer engines on your behalf. Choosing good ones is the single biggest lever on the value you get.
Adding a prompt
On the Prompts view, choose Add prompt and type the question exactly as a buyer might ask it. Set a country — answers differ by market — and add tags so you can group and filter later (for example, category, brand, comparison).
Choosing a scraping frequency
Each prompt runs on its own schedule:
- Daily — for your most important, fast-moving questions.
- Weekly — a sensible default for most prompts.
- Monthly — for broad or slow-moving topics.
Frequency drives how many AI checks a prompt consumes. A prompt run is your question put to every engine on your plan — see Plans, checks & billing.
Bulk importing
To add many prompts at once, paste a newline-separated list, or upload a CSV with columns for the prompt text, country, frequency and tags. Locuvox validates each row and tells you how many were imported.
Suggested prompts
The Suggested tab proposes prompts based on your site and category. Review them and promote the relevant ones to Active with a click — a fast way to build coverage without a blank page.
Tip: write prompts the way customers actually phrase them, not the way you'd describe your product. "Best tool for X" beats "Acme product overview".
