How Locuvox structures what you monitor.

Organisations & projects

Your account belongs to an organisation — the billing and team unit. An organisation contains one or more projects, each monitoring a single brand. Plan limits apply at the organisation level: the check allowance and seats are shared, and each plan caps how many projects you can run.

Your brand

A project's brand is defined by a name and a domain. The name is matched against AI answers to detect mentions; the domain attributes citations. Add name variants if your brand is referred to in more than one way.

Competitors & discovered brands

As prompts run, Locuvox discovers every brand that appears in the answers. On the Brands view you classify each: You, Competitor, or leave it untagged. Competitor visibility is then shown alongside yours across the dashboards.

Domains

Domains work the same way for citations. The Domains view lets you tag cited domains — your own, competitors', or categories you define — so the Sources analysis is meaningful.

Tags

Tags group prompts and brands for filtering. Use them for themes (pricing, comparison), product lines, or campaigns — any cut you'll want to slice the data by later.
