What exactly is an “AI check”?
One check is a single prompt sent to a single AI engine, once. If you track 10 prompts weekly across 5 engines, that's about 200 checks a month. Your monthly allowance is pooled across all your projects.
What happens if I run out of checks?
Nothing breaks — additional checks are billed as overage at $0.05 each. If you're regularly going over, upgrading to the next plan is always cheaper than overage, and Locuvox will tell you when that's the case.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you like. Changes are prorated automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. There's also a permanently free plan with 150 checks a month.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve — two months free versus paying monthly.
