Set up alerts & reports
Using Locuvox · 4 min read
Alerts and reports turn Locuvox from a dashboard you remember to check into a tool that tells you when something matters.
Configuring alerts
In a project's notification settings, an admin enables any of the three alert types and sets their thresholds:
- New brand mention — fires when a brand not seen before appears in your prompts' answers.
- Sentiment drop — fires when your positive-sentiment rate falls below the threshold you choose.
- Competitor appearance — fires when a competitor you're watching enters an answer.
Alerts are evaluated automatically after each scheduled check, so there's nothing to run manually.
Scheduled reports
Set a report schedule to weekly or monthly and pick the send day. Locuvox emails a summary — visibility, average position and sentiment, with the change since the previous period.
Opting in
Alerts and reports are opt-in per teammate. Each person on the project chooses which alerts and which reports they want — so nobody's inbox fills with notifications they don't need.
A good starting point: everyone opts into the weekly report; only the brand owner opts into the sentiment-drop alert.
